How have small businesses adjusted to life under Covid-19?
The website for our digital project in partnership with Northumbria University called Isolate Innovate is live now.
Shining the light on one particular area of the North East of England, the Ouseburn, it examines how the small business population (from music venues to restaurants, cultural organisations, charities and self employed (artists and makers) are adapting to the challenges of Covid-19 and how they are reinventing their businesses and practices to survive. Although the main focus is on the Ouseburn area Isolate Innovate also features interviews from businesses, organisations and the self employed from outside of the Ouseburn area including elsewhere in the North East of England and London. More are being added as the project develops.
Interviews can be found here.
